Ingredients

Ladies Finger -150gms

Oil/Ghee 10ml or as per macros

Masala - Jeera, Red chilli, Salt, Turmeric, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala, Hing, Ginger Garlic paste, Green Chillies

lemon juice optional

Method

Step 1

Heat oil in pan and add jeera to it

Step 2

Add chopped ladies finger to it

Step 3

let it cook on medium flame n dont cover

Step 4

Once half cooked add all masala

Step 5

let it cook completely on medium flame

Step 6

At the end add lemon juice to reduce Stickiness

Step 7

serve hot
