mix all the ingredients except oil.
add some water. make sure it is not flowy.
take bhajiya size batter(if i can call it so) and place it on steamer. steam it for mins.
let it cool down. then sautΓ© it with some oil on low flame until it looks like bhajiya and is crispy. preferably on a non stick pan as we are using less oil.
