40g Besan, 30gSoya chunks, 5 Ghee
Take out g Besan in a bowl . . Grind the g soya chunks and add to the same bowl .Add water and mix them well . Add salt/ chilli/ green leafy vegetables . Spread g ghee on tawa and pour the batter . Cook on medium flame .Flip the side once it is hard and ready. Do not rush else it will break.
