Sesame seeds 1 tsp
Hing a pinch
Water
Seive all dry ingredients into a bowl and add the sesame seeds
Add water little by little and make a dough
Use a chakli maker and roll out chakli on a baking tray (grease with very little oil) or you can flatten it like a mathri
Pre-heat the oven (I have a microwave convection oven) at Degree for mins and then put the tray in oven and bake for mins (keep a check as it differs oven to oven)
