gram flour 100gm

ghee 50 gm

sugar 100 gm (powdered)

almonds 5 gm chopped

kaju 5 gm chopped

cardomom powder 1 pinch

Method

Step 1

add ghee in kadai and let it little hot

Step 2

add gram flour and roast it till dark brown on low flame

Step 3

Let it cool completely

Step 4

add sugar

Step 5

add chopped almonds and kaju

Step 6

Now give Laddoo shape

Step 7

yummy Laddoo are ready
