40 gm Besan 3 gm olive oil
Salt Ajwain Red chilly powder
Small onion Small tomato 1 green chilli
Add slight water to besan and let it rest . Add salt ,red chilli powder, ajwain and oil . Mix is properly. And make a batter not a runny batter.
Chop the onion and tomato and chilli and mix them .
Take a non stick pan spread the besan batter and add vegetable mixture over it and then let it rest.
Flip it over cook it for seconds and chilla is ready.
Note- Any masala can be added to the batter. Chop the veggies fine so it’s easy to flip the chilla . Let the chilla cook properly from one side then only flip it over .
