Ingredients

200g full fat yoghurt

70g mixed berries

15g vanilla whey isolate

Method

Step 1

Remove the pips of any berries like cranberries.

Step 2

Blend all the ingredients in blender/ juicer.

Step 3

Pour into a tall glass. Dress with a few berries on top (optional). Enjoy! 😊
