Soya milk powder - 10gm
Oats - 25gm
Chia seeds - 3gm
Almonds- 7gm
Nutmeg powder - 1 tsp
Water - 1 cup or 150ml
Zero calorie sweetener- as per the taste
Beetroot - 50g
Mix oats, soya powder and nutmeg powder together and add water little by little to avoid getting lumps.
Add grated beetroot and sweetener and let it simmer for about minutes.
Top with chia seeds and almonds! Enjoy
