Ingredients

White rice 50g

Low fat paneer 50g

Onion 50g

Beet root 50g

Carrots 50g

Bell peppers 50g

Sriracha sauce 20g

Oil 5g

Method

Step 1

Boil beet root . Add oil to the pan & sauté some ginger garlic & green chillies . Add the veggies & beet root to the pan & sauté for - mins . Add salt pepper & sriracha sauce & mix well . Add the low fat paneer & sauté for - mins . Cook the g rice simultaneously in a cooker & add the cooked rice to the pan . Mix all the ingredients together till the fried rice gets a deep red colour from the beet root . Garnish with some chopped spring onion
