Quantity is for Lunch and Dinner as per my Macros Beef/ Mutton 250 gms Rice - 170 gms Oil - 15 gms Ginger Garlic Tomato Hari Elaichi Badi Elaichi Lavang Kali Miri Zeera Dhaniya Lal Mirch Dagad phool ( 1 small piece)

Method

Step 1

Method : ) Put all the above Spices n Condiments in a mixer and little water and grind it into a fine paste. ) Put Water, Onion, Salt and Beef/Mutton in a pressure cooker and leave it to Boil for - minutes till soft. Once kept on Gas start step simultaneously to save time. ) Put Oil in a Kadhai and the Grounded Masala Paste and let the Masala cook on low flame with the Greens for good - mins. ) Add the Boiled Mutton/Beef along with the leftover water to the Masala and let it cook for another - mins. Add more water for gravy consisitency as required.
