Beans 200gms

Carrot 50 gms

Fresh grated Coconut 20gms

Oil/ghee 10 gms

Salt

Red chilli Powder 1/2 tbs

Chan dal 35 gms(Soak for 1 hr)

Turmeric 1/4 tbs

Method

Step 1

In pan add oil

Step 2

Add Cumin seeds and Dry Red chilli

Step 3

Add Beans,Carrots,turmaric and soaked Chan dal

Step 4

Saute until soft

Step 5

Add salt and chilli Powder

Step 6

Add grated Coconut and Saute for min
