Ingredients

1. Rice 50 gm

2. Chicken 100 gm

3. Herbs like oregano, thyme

4. Coconut oil 5 gm

5. Mushrooms, onion, green peas as veggies

6. Salt, pepper, red chillies, garlic one pod

Chopped spring onion and green onions.

Method

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan and add diced onion. Add the chicken shredded and stir well.

Step 2

Add the boiled beans followed by vegetables like mushroom, peas and finely chopped spring onions

Step 3

Add herbs like thyme. goes well with mushroom.

Step 4

Stir well and add rice.

Step 5

Add a dash of freshly squeezed orange and serve hot
