Chopped spring onion and green onions.
Heat oil in a pan and add diced onion. Add the chicken shredded and stir well.
Add the boiled beans followed by vegetables like mushroom, peas and finely chopped spring onions
Add herbs like thyme. goes well with mushroom.
Stir well and add rice.
Add a dash of freshly squeezed orange and serve hot
