Ingredients

1. Kidney beans 30 gm

2. Rice measured raw 50 gm

3. oil 5 gm

4. Chicken shredded 100 gm

5. Spices like pepper, cinnamon, garlic

6. Herbs like thyme goes well with mushroom.

7. Mushroom and spring onion1

Method

Step 1

Boil the rice and drain. Boil the overnight soaked kidney beans and drain.

Step 2

Add oil in s heated pan and stir fry onion, garlic and kidney beans along with chicken and spices.

Step 3

Add the rice in the heat and stir well. Finish off with lime juice and serve
