100 gm soya flour

50 gm maida flour

5gm ghee

Method

Step 1

Mix soya flour, maida flour, ghee and pinch of soda.

Step 2

Make a dough of all the ingredients.

Step 3

Break the dough in ball or disc shape and put them into oven(gas oven).

Step 4

Bati will be ready in min soft inside and crispy outside.
