Ghee- 5 gram Bathua- 100 grams Curd- 150 grams Jeera, Salt, Red chilli powder
Boil Bathua in water for - Minutes.
Drain the water. Take bathua and grind it with curd in a mixer. Add water if it is too thick.
Take a kadhai, add ghee, jeera and red chilli powder. It shouldn't burn. Just make it a little hot.
Add the tadka in the mixed curd and bathua. Add salt as per your taste.
Your raita is ready!
