200 gms potatoes, boiled ,peeled and chopped 8 gms ghee 1/2 onion chopped 1 green chilli chopped 1 tomato chopped a pinch of hing 1/2 tsp mustard seeds 1/4 tsp cumin seeds 1/8 tsp turmeric 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp amchur powder (raw mango powder ) salt to taste
)In a pan , heat up ghee. ) To this add hing, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chillies , turmeric powder, onion ,tomato and cook till soft. )Now add red chilli powder, coriander powder , amchur powder and salt and mix all well. ) Add chopped potatoes to it , mix well and cook covered for - minutes. ) Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
