Basil infused Basa fillet in lemon sauce. Marinate gms of Basa fish fillet in lemon juice (plus little water), pink salt, fresh basil leaves, and thai bird's eye chilli. Keep it for mins or so Bake it at C for mins, before hogging drizzle extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) ml ! Delicious it was 🙂.
