Ingredients

Egg whole -1

Banana Whey (Isopure)

Ghee-1gm(since it's non stick pan)

Milk -10gms (you can add more for consistency)

Method

Step 1

Add all ingredients and make a batter by mixing well in a flowing consistency. You can add more milk if required.

Step 2

Heat non-stick pan, apply ghee just to greese slightly and put - spoons of batter and let it cook for - seconds by putting a lid on it. Cook on low to medium flame.

Step 3

Flip the side once it starts leaving pan surface and repeat same on other side. And it's ready to serve.Enjoy with black coffee/tea
