Ingredients

Fine Rawa/Suji- 150gms

Banana - 150gms

Almond milk- 70ml

Cocoa powder- 10gm (optional)

Chocolate chips- 20 chips (optional)

Baking soda - small pinch

Salt- small pinch

Cinnamon powder- small pinch (optional)

Method

Step 1

In a mixer jar add banana, milk, vanilla essence and grind to make smoothie texture.

Step 2

Take rawa, cocoa powder and salt in a bowl. Mix it properly.

Step 3

Now add smoothie in bowl and mix all ingredients together. Give a little extra whisk this time.

Step 4

Preheat oven at C. Can make in a kadhai as well. Put kadhai on gas, put a small stand inside kadhai and cover with lid. Preheat kadhai on full flame for mins.

Step 5

Take a bowl which can go in oven or kadhai. I used Borosil glass bowl for oven. Place butter paper inside bowl.

Step 6

Take cake mix, add baking soda and give a last proper whisk then pour it in bowl. Add chocolate chips on top.

Step 7

Bake at C for - mins. For Kadhai, on lowest flame bake for - mins. Timing can vary depending on rawa. So keep checking in every mins.

Step 8

Do toothpick test to check if cake is baked or not. Once done, leave to cool for - mins and then remove from bowl.
