Oats - 50 grams

Whey powder - 1 scoop

Milk - 150 Ml

Banana - 2 ripe

Chia seeds - 10 grams

Method

Step 1

In a bowl mash the bananas 🍌.

Step 2

Add the oats, milk and whey to this and mix it well.

Step 3

Top it with some chia seeds.

Step 4

Enjoy the delicious and simplest meal done in less than minutes!
