Paneer grated : 60gms( save little bit for garnishing)
Banana :50gms
Whey protein 1scoop
Stevia as per taste( you can skip this as whey and banana will be already sweet enough)
Cardamom powder (optional)
STEPS: . Take a blender : add soya milk . Add grated paneer . Add banana & cardamom powder pinch if you like . Whey scooop and shake well once . Then blend it in to coarse or smooth depending on your preference . Pour it into a glass, add few grated paneer strands on top and enjoy your banana paneer protein shake
