oats 40 g

1 medium Banana

whey Protein 1 scoop

chocos 15 g (optional)

soya milk 200ml

cinnamon powder

Method

Step 1

) Grind oats into fine powder

Step 2

) Add banana , whey Protein Powder & soya milk . Grind it till it becomes little thick .

Step 3

) Top it with chocos(optional)

Step 4

) Your smoothie is ready !!!
