Banana - 1 ( medium) Cow Ghee - 1 tbs Jaggery powder- 1 tbs ( if you don't have jaggery then you can you's honey, don't use suger) if you need then you can add almonds and cashew (optional)

Method

Step 1

Take a bowl

Step 2

add the cutted banana

Step 3

add tbs Ghee

Step 4

then Add Jaggery powder

Step 5

mix this all thing very well and eat this so sweet and tasty pre workout meal
