100 gm Frozen Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and any other)
100 ml Almond Milk unsweetened (or regular milk)
1 scoop Whey (any flavour)
Blend all ingredients in a blender. The frozen fruits will give an ice cream like texture. Use milk that’s chilled from refrigerator. Enjoy
