Soya chunks 40gms Ghee 10gms veggies 100gms Psyllium husk 2 spoon Salt as per taste Dry masala as per requirement
step Grind soaked soya chunks to get minced form. step mix all ingredients with minced soya and make small patties. step Leave the patties for mins in refrigerator. step Bake them for minutes in a preheat oven(convection) of °C with some ghee coated both side. Later you can grill for mins. step Serve them hot and enjoy the crispy tikkis. you can have them with some chutneys.
