150 gm potato

8 egg whites

10 gm ghee

5 gm butter

50 gm tomato

30 gm onion

15 gm ketchup

Method

Step 1

) Boil potato for minutes ) Mix ghee + garlic paste + salt + black pepper and any other ingredients you want . Mix them up in a bowl and pit boiled potato slices into it and mix it. ) put it on pan and grill it for to minutes . ) Mix egg whites + salt + red chilli flakes + tomato + onion ) put butter on pan and pour the mixture. Make it as per your preference scramble or omelette ) Take ketchup and mint chutney (home made) Enjoy your meal๐Ÿ˜
