Powdered Oats-55 gms Baking powder- 1 tsp Vanilla flavor protein powder- half scoop (15 gms) Mashed banana-1 medium 0r (80 gms) Almond milk (unsweetened)- 118 ml (1/2 cup) Cinnamon- 1/4 tsp Salt - a small pinch Vannila- 1/2 tsp Frozen Blueberries/ strawberries - 25 gms Lemon zest-1/4 tsp

Method

Step 1

Mix everything together like a batter n top it with lemon zest, frozen blueberries or diced strawberries. Bake it in the preheated oven for mins at dg Celsius. And yumm, it’s ready. Dipping it in the almond milk adds to taste.
