100 gm rohu fish

50gm tomato

20gm lettuce

5-6 basil leaves

Lime juice

Butter 2ml

Method

Step 1

Marinate fish with salt, black pepper powder, lime juice, melted butter, dried oregano, thyme.

Step 2

Preheat oven for degrees. Grease a baking pan, add lettuce, tomato. Sprinkle salt.

Step 3

Add the marinated fish and add the chopped basil leaves. Bake for mins.
