Almonds (Badam)
Poppy seeds (Khus khus)

Soak together gms almonds and gms poppy seeds overnight in water.
Peel of almonds skin and filter out all the water ( use tea- filtering sieve/chhalni since poppy seeds are very small)
Blend them nicely by adding small amount of water till it becomes a smooth white paste. ( you might have to blend multiple times)
Add gms of ghee in a pan on the stove on medium flame, and then add the above paste.
(Very imp)Keep stirring the mixture continuously( else it will stick to the pan) for about -min or till it becomes golden and dry.
Add -ml water and again let the mix dry. Keep stirring from time to time
Add - ml of milk and let the mix cook( you can increase the gas flame a bit) Keep stirring from time to time.
When you see the mix is shrinking, add -gms sugar and stir.
Add a pinch of cardamom powder at the end for better taste. Serve hot:)
