1)1 slice of whole wheat bread(32 gm) 2)50 gm Avocado 3)5 gm Butter 4)salt,pepper,chilli flakes and a dash of lime juice.
)Mash the Avocado and add all the spices and mix it together. )Put butter in the pan,place a slice of bread and roast it from one side...once it is roasted take it out. )Spread Avocado mixture on the top of bread and you are done.
