Avocado - 100 gms
Paneer - 75 gms
Bread - 2 slice
Onion - 25 gms
Tomato - 25 gms
Cucumber, Jalapeneo - as per your liking
Salt, Pepper, Oregano, Chilli Flakes
In a bowl, mash the avocado along with tomato, onion and grated paneer. Add the spices as per your taste.
Toast the bread.
Layer the bread with a generous amount of avocado-paneer mixture. Top it with cucumber and jalapeneo. Note: if you can afford then you may top it with tomato slices as well.
Sprinkle extra pepper and enjoy!
