55g of avacado, 10g Honey, 30g of mango low calorie ice cream, 120 ml milk and 10g of dark chocolate

Method

Step 1

Scoop half avocado and add to the blender along with milk, icecream and ice cubes. Blend for - minutes and stop when the juice looks creamy smooth texture. Pour into a glass and top it with g honey! Enjoy! It’s an amazing filling drink and keeps you fuller for a long time!
