Avocado Chicken Protein Sandwich Ingredients (1 Serving) * 2 slices protein bread (70 g) * 100 g grilled chicken breast, diced * 50 g ripe avocado (about ½ small avocado) * 20 g onion, thinly sliced * 25 g yellow cherry tomatoes, halved * 10 g mixed seeds (pumpkin, sunflower & sesame) * 10 g BBQ sauce (or low-sugar BBQ sauce) * Salt & black pepper to taste * Chilli flakes (optional) * Lemon juice (½ tsp)
Toast the protein bread until golden and crisp. . Mash the avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. . Spread the avocado evenly over the toasted bread. . Layer the onions and cherry tomatoes. . Top with grilled chicken pieces. . Sprinkle mixed seeds and chilli flakes. . Drizzle the BBQ sauce over the top. . Serve immediately.
