Avacado - 250g

Stevia sugar - 100g

One lemon

Puck thick creme - 200ml

Method

Step 1

In a food processor /blender, add avocado, lemon, stevia sugar. Process untill very smooth.

Step 2

In a large bowl, add thick Creme and whip untill stiff peaks.

Step 3

Add avocado mixture in the whipped Creme bowl and gently fold until no white streaks remain.

Step 4

Transfer to the freezer container and freeze for overnight or at least hours.

Step 5

And tada, ice-cream is ready to be scooped!!!!
