Boneless chicken. - 150 gram Asparagus. - 100 gram Coconut oil. - 5 gram
Step: Heat a pan add oil, mustard seed & onion. Sauté well. Step : In the same pan add asparagus & again sauté for a minute. Add chicken with turmeric powder, crushed Ginger&garlic, coarse black pepper, salt. Close the lid. Cook until chicken & asparagus fully done. Step: Finally, Add spices (chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder & garam masala). Cook until raw smell goes off. Switch off the flame.
