Feta cheese 50 grams (can be replaced with paneer too)
Olives 11-12
Colourful capsicum 20 grams
Lettuce or baby spinach 100 grams
Olive oil, 3 grams
Cherry tomatoes or any salad tomato 20 grams
Salt , pepper and Italian seasoning as per taste
Vinegar 10 ml ( I have used ACV but white vinegar or rice vinegar works too)
Toss the above ingredients well and serve with bread or soup or both
