Ingredients

Cooked rice 200 gms

Cooked Soya 25 gms

Mozzarella Cheese 25 gms

Pickled vegetables 15 gms

Continental dried herbs- to taste

Salt pepper to taste

Oil- 5 gms

Method

Step 1

Mashed the cooked rice and make medium sized small balls

Step 2

Now crumble the dried cooked soya and mix along with cheese and add finely chopped pickled vegetables, herbs, salt and pepper

Step 3

Now flat the rice balls, keep a small portion of the mixture and roll it as small balls

Step 4

Coat the balls with butter or oil and air fry until it becomes golden brown

Step 5

Goes well with cocktail sauce (tomato ketchup and mayonnaise)
