Ingredients

50gms rolled oats

150ml cows milk 🥛

100gms Apple🍎 grated

1 scoop whey protein

12gms dried cranberries

10gms mix seeds (sunflower, flax, pumpkin)

1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Method

Step 1

Add milk, grated apple, oats and cinnamon in a pot and bring to a boil.

Step 2

Turn the heat down and cook for about a minute or .

Step 3

Turn off the head and add scoop of whey protein, mix well.

Step 4

Remove in a bowl and top with cranberries and mix seeds.

Step 5

Njoy it hot 😋
