1)1 medium red apple(approx. 100 gm) 2)7.5 gm oats 3)1 small egg white 4)2 gm almonds 5)3 gm walnuts 6) 1 tsp vanilla essence 7)1/4 tsp cinnamon powder 8)zero calorie sweetner(if apple is sour) 9)1 tsp whipped cream to garnish(approx.2 gm)
)Peel the apple and grate it. )Add egg white,cinnamon powder,vanilla essence,almonds,oats and walnuts,sweetner(this is optional) )Mix together well. )Now bake it in a pre-heated oven at F for - mins or until toothpick comes out clean. )Let it cool and enjoy with whipped at the top.
