Ingredients

Oats- 30gm

Raw whey - 35gm

Apple with skin- 150gm

Milk low fat - 100gm

Peanut- 5gm

Chia seeds and flax seeds - 5gm

Cinnamon powder- 2gm

Zero calorie sweetener- as needed

Method

Step 1

In a pot, add oats, milk and half cup water and bring it to boil. Let it cook on the low flame while continuously stirring it with spatula.

Step 2

Meanwhile, add small apple slices, half cup water, cinnamon powder and zero calorie sweetener in other pan cook it until apple turns slightly brown.

Step 3

Let the oatmeal cool down, thereafter, add protein powder and mix it well.

Step 4

In a bowl, add the above oatmeal and top it with cooked apple. Sprinkle some more cinnamon, peanuts, chia seeds and flax seeds. Tada! it’s ready to eat!
