40gm mix dal (toor, chana, masoor, moong) 50gms rice (generic) 1 tablespoon chopped onion and tomato 10gms oil/ghee
Soak mix dal n rice overnight or hrs . Grind it to batter in mixer . You can let it ferment overnight or add some soda to make instant appe . Take appe pan, preheat n add oil .pour batter and let appe cook . Serve it with some buttermilk or chutney as per ur diet plan. I like hot n crunchy just like that.
