Step 1

For Dahi Kadhi Step Add ghee to a pan Step Add onion and cook for - mins Step Add besan and kasoori methi and cook for mins Step Blend the curd and add to pan and cook on high flame and keep stirring and cook until it starts to boil Step Add spices (salt,turmeric,red chilli powder)

Step 2

For Bhindi Step Add ghee to a pan Step Add bhindi and cook for - mins on high flame Step Add salt,turmeric,green chilli Step Cook for mins on medium flame on open pan for crispy bhindi

Step 3

For Chicken Step Add ghee to a pan Step Add chicken and cook for - mins on high flame Step Add salt, onion powder,ginger garlic powder and cook for mins
