Ingredients

Frozen pineapple: 100 gm

Frozen ripe banana: 100 gm

Ise sensation protein powder: 32 grams (30 grams protein)

Xanthan gum: 1/8 tsp

Milk, low fat: 100 ml

Ice: 100-150 gm

Method

Step 1

Freeze your choice of fruits overnight in a freezer. Here used banana and pineapple. You can even use berries.

Step 2

In a high-speed mixer, blend together the frozen fruits, whey protein powder, xanthan gum, milk and ice cubes for - minutes, in intervals and mix in between.

Step 3

The consistency of the ice cream would depend on the number of ice cubes added to the mix. If you want a more frozen/sorbet consistency, then add more ice, else if you want soft serve consistency, add less ice.

Step 4

Consume immediately. Don't store back in the freezer.
