Ingredients

Amaranth flour-50 g

Potato-70 g grated

Paneer-100 g

Ghee -5 g

Salt

Chopped green chilies

Method

Step 1

Mix together grated potato + amaranth flour + paneer , do not add water in the beginning Add salt and add little water if necessary

Step 2

Add chopped chillies and spread on a plastic sheet or butter paper forming small roti or thalipith

Step 3

Brush ghee on pan and fry it on both sides

Step 4

Enjoy with curds
