Blanched Almond Floor 30 gms
Jaggery / Sugar 1 tspn
Ghee 2 tspn
cardamon powder 2 pinch
1 almond crushed to garnish (optional)
In a non stick pan, add the Jaggery / sugar and / cup of water. Let it boil and sugar to desolve . Once jaggery is dissolved, add the cardomon pwdr. . Then add the almond flour and mix well so that the jaggery syrup is well coated. . Add the ghee and mix further until the halwa starts to leave the sides of pan and light ghee starts to ooze out . Garnish with the crushed almomds on top and enjoy. BTW, you can also make small laddos once it is little cooled, in case you are also ladoo lover... 😁🍽
