Almond flour 112 gms
Splenda 4.5 packets
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Sea salt 1/8 tsp
almond milk/water/normal milk 2 tbsp
Vanilla extract 1/4 tsp

Preheat the oven to F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk almond flour, splenda, baking powder, salt, almond milk and vanilla extract. Stir until blended.
Make balls (roughly gms) and place them on the baking sheet. Make a little hole and fill it with jam. I used reduced suger jam and quantity didn't really affect calories.
Bake for minutes. Viola! You have super tasty cookies to maunch on.
