Tindy - 250gms Coconut oil - 5mgs Tamarind - 5gms Mustard Urad dal Chana dal 2Green chillies 2red chilies Hing and curry leaves
Put g of oil in pan and heat . Add handful of tindly(dondakaya) pieces in it and fry upto % crisp . Prepare tadka with g oil, mustard, urad dal, chana dal, two green chillies, two red chillies, pinch of hing and curry leaves . Once the tadka and fried tindly pieces cool down, put all of them in a grinder, add g of tamaring and grind with spoon of water . Serve this chutney with rice, khichdi or roti Add salt and water as per taste and requirement.
