soak cup of chickpeas overnight & drain it in the morning in colander. . In a food processor, add the soaked chickpeas + bunch of Coriander leaves + garlic + spices + lime juice tbsp & blend coarsely without adding water. . keep the mixture in fridge for mins . make the falafel mixture shape as per you need . air fry it for mins & temperature at .
