Besan/ Gram flour-20gms
curry leaves, 1/2inch ginger
Salt, green chilli :1-2, ajwain:1/4tsp
Turmeric:1/4 TSP, Redchilli powder: 1/4-1/2tsp
Coriander+ Mint leaves: 1-2tbsp
Slice the onion very thin length wise
Next add in all the above mentioned ingredients with the oil
Squeeze the onion with hands and let them rest for -mins, this will leave moisture enough to bind eac other
Preheat airfryer at for - mins
Cook for - mins on then increase upto so that it's cooked well and becomes crispy.
Add a foil / butter paper in the airfryer pan to avoid sticking
