Chicken 900 grams skinless
Curd 100 grams
5ml oil
Coriander powder, Chilli powder, Ginger garlic paste, salt.
Place the whole chicken in saltwater for mins
Add all ingredients: Curd, Coriander powder, Chilli powder, Ginger garlic paste, salt and make masala paste to marinate chicken
Drain the water and tap dry with a paper towel and apply salt and chili powder. Place in fridge for mins
Apply the masala paste and marinate for hours in the fridge
Final, place the whole chicken in the air fryer. Brush some oil on the top and set a timer for mins ( heat)
Flip the chicken, and roast it for mins. Enjoy with green chutney.
